For Screen Printed items:

  24-35 pieces for      1 to 3 spot color designs

  36-71 pieces for     1 to 6 spot color designs

  72-143 pieces for    1 to 8 spot color designs

  144 pieces & up have the best quantity pricing

Note: garment styles, sizes & colors can be mixed in

orders as long as the same design is being imprinted.

  100 pieces are required for 4 Color Process

  144 pieces are required for Simulated Process

  printed on black & dark colored garments

  that require special film separations.

Note: For XXL Shirts add $1.35 per shirt , XXL Shirts add $2.70 per shirt

SCREEN PREP CHARGES: $15 per screen (each color needs it's own screen)  

NO CHARGE for Screen Prep on 144 pieces or more (for Spot Color printing only)

$15 per ink color change within a production order.

$15 Fee for ink color match - PMS color chart #

Flash Cure on Dark garments - doubles the cost per color.

Spot separations (in-house films) are $25 per color

4 Color Process separations (in-house films) are $35 per color

Art preparation is at $35 per hour

Payment: 50% down, balance upon completion, Quotes do not show your State taxes.

Delivery:  approximately 14 work days for Screen Printing, 21 work days for Embroidery.

Prices are subject to visual approval of artwork & a job's complexity.

We reserve the right not to imprint any artwork that's violent, off color or against our beliefs.

Our minimums for Screen Printed designs:

24pc = One to Three colors of spot ink

36pc = Four to Six colors of spot ink

72pc = Four to Eight colors of spot ink

100pc = Four Color process on lights only

144pc = Simulated Process on darks

Embroidered garments:

12 pieces for one or multi color thread designs

All Re-Orders require the correct minimums per design.

* repeat designs have no set-up charges (no change in design)
